Road Team: Captain Spotlight

Our current Road Team Captain spotlight features Robyn Leinberger. Robyn is fairly new to the trucking industry. Having worked in several other industries over the years, she started driving for Werner in 2011 as a solo driver. She met her team driver and partner, Tony Schiavone, in Laredo and they have been team driving ever since with plans to become owner operators. They hope to own a small fleet and help those who want more out of life achieve their goals.

Robyn lives in Arizona. She has a twenty-nine-year-old son and a four-year-old granddaughter.

Norm is happy to make a living by doing something he enjoys so much.

Norm lives in Seabrook, South Carolina. He is the father of three daughters and a stepson as well as a grandfather to eleven grandchildren. His family is the center of his life and he admits he is at his best when he is “Grandpa Norm” or Poppa.”
